Nothing really new to the idea, just an updated version of an oldie but goodie that I am thinking of taking to a regional.
I am considering Airbellums to replace maybe the Plaguespreader and Gale to get the discard effect of Airbellum |

| you need 3 lv4 of horus to consider it a true horus lockdown and you need 2royal decree (unless it became limited/semi-limited in march) but id put a few traps in there just in case, like sakurestsu armor, bottomless trap hole, mirror force, dimensional prison you know the basics  |

not really, i use to always use a horus based deck and id say its best to have atleast 1 level 4 and 3 lvl 6 |

| its up to you, its your original version fo horus lockdown i usually run 3royals, 3of each horus and 3lv up and add several traps for back up |
